I had a very frustrating experience. I made an appointment and specifically asked multiple times if I would be able to receive treatment the same day—I was assured that wouldn’t be an issue.
However, when I arrived, not only did they not perform the injection, but they were also “too busy” to even complete the ultrasound. This was especially disappointing given that I had clearly communicated my expectations in advance.
When I tried to reschedule, I was told they are only available twice a month, which makes the process even more inconvenient.
Overall, this felt like a very inefficient use of time, and the process seems drawn out unnecessarily. Based on my experience, it could take multiple appointments just to treat one leg.
I would not recommend if you’re looking for timely or streamlined care.
